A touch of class in concrete work ... Built stronger to last longer

The success story of Regal Concrete shuttering Plywood lies in the quality of materials used in the manufacture of the product. Using selected hardwood veneers, BWP grade of phenol formaldehyde resin - conforming to IS 848:1974 is used for bonding.

Permanent preservative treatment in a pressure Impregnation plant conforming to IS 5339:1969 is carried out to make it resistant to termites and other micro-organisms. After every stage of the production process, strict quality measures are taken to maintain the high quality of our products, not only to attain high reusable value but also to increase salvage value.

Regal shuttering plywood's are of two types
Shuttering plywood (CS)
> Resin film coated plywood(CSC). Resin film coated shuttering plywood also reduces the finishing cost of construction.

A few important guidelines on care, handling and storage of Regal concrete shuttering plywood for long life service.
.
>   Care should be taken while unloading and stacking.
.
Edge Sealing - when cut into small panels at site, the exposed edges of the plywood should be sealed with synthetic varnish or aluminum paint.
.
Avoid the use of too many nails or screwing.
.
> Apply a thin layer of mould oil before initial use and preferably after two subsequent uses.
.
> Clean all the shuttering panels after each use, using a water hose or a rag dipped in water. Take care not to damage the plywood surface.
